The DigitalPersona One Touch I.D. Software
Development Kit (SDK) enables developers to add the speed, efficiency and
convenience of fingerprint identification to their DigitalPersona
biometrics-enabled applications. The One Touch I.D. SDK continues the
DigitalPersona tradition of providing solid, proven tools for developers to
incorporate into mission-critical applications. The One Touch I.D. SDK extends
the functionality of the DigitalPersona One Touch for Windows, One Touch for
Linux, Gold, Gold CE and Platinum SDKs with the ability to perform high-speed
searches on a collection of enrolled fingerprints.
Developers who have created applications
using the DigitalPersona One Touch for Windows, One Touch for Linux, Gold, Gold
CE and Platinum SDKs can improve their offerings with the addition of
identification capabilities. The One Touch I.D. SDK runs on Windows 7, Vista
and XP and is completely license free - no need to license individual
templates! Once a fingerprint has been enrolled, it can be stored in any number
of databases or computers and retrieved from locations all over the world.
